cancellation policy
The Pampered Parent’s products and services are offered on an ongoing basis with a 1, 6 or 12 month subscription. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing lindsay@thepamperedparent.com. This does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.
We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of an existing commitment period, you will receive and be charged for the remaining boxes in that subscription period. Then, upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date. All cancellation requests received after the renewal date will apply to the following month.
